The cellar is equipped with all the
technology required to create wines of exceptional organoleptic
quality. Consultant to the winery is the highly regarded oenologist
Alberto Musatti. With his help the vineyard has increased its
production of wines that reflect all the traditions of winemaking in
Franciacorta; it now currently produces some 60-70 thousand bottles a
year. 35,000-40,000 are Franciacorta Brut, Extra Brut and Satèn,
in addition to the Millesimato (Vintage) Franciacorta which is aged for
36 months. Some 15,000 bottles of Curtefranca Bianco made with
Chardonnay and Tinazza grapes are produced in addition to approximately
15,000 bottles of Curtefranca Rosso and Tamino which is barrique-aged
for 12 months. Yet no state-of-the-art technology can surpass the
passion with which we cultivate our vines, without which the public
could not appreciate to the full our wines..
